I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the summer. The stay seemed to be a great value. My only suggestion would be to add sheer curtains so guests can have natural light during the day while still maintaining privacy. Clean , excellent host

Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was excellent. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Check in communication was made the day before and was good once it was established. Location was excellent and close to the train station, the Ferrari museum and to downtown restaurants and shopping.

This hotel is conveniently located on a number of bus routes from the Central City, in about 25 minutes from the airport on the Q bus. Off the room was clean and comfortable. Well, there is no receptionist, someone came promptly to help us at the door, and was kind enough to offer us to leave our bag in the room until a late afternoon flight.

Our stay was wonderful! We arrived later in the evening and our hosts were extremely patient and helpful. They recommended a restaurant nearby (Trattoria da Christian) that was possibly the best meal we had in Italy. The property is immaculately clean and the shower was fantastic. We absolutely recommend staying at this property!

Clean, easy check-in. Great location with fantastic scenic drive way from the city buzz. Nice bathroom with shower pressure. We really enjoyed the rest here during our road trip.

Great walkable area of Modena. Host was responsive. Check-in process was a bit more complicated than most and the studio felt a bit unfinished. Only one nightstand in the bedroom and no extra pillows.

Staff were really helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxed and quiet. This was a completely spur-of-the-moment trip, and I was very happy I made it.
