"Even though I booked this hotel because an airport shuttle was provided none was.
The air conditioning didn’t work!
The bathroom faucet did not work!
The manager was very rude and not helpful"
"Staff were so kind and helpful.
Breakfast was made fresh to order!
Loved the provided water bottles and filtered water, it really did prevent a lot of waste."

Rena rum, städad dusch/wc samt

"Great place to stay for your final few days in Phuket if you want to be close to airport and about a mile away from Nai Yang beach. Taxi ride to beach is 2.50 USD each way by car and $1 on bike."
"This place has a great restaurant down the street and is a short .5 mile walk to a beautiful beach that barely anyone is ever on. It’s far from the busy Phuket but if your looking for a great spot to reconnect and explore "

Upon arrival, the unit had an unpleasant odor. There were only four full-size towels provided for three adults, and no hand towels or washcloths were available. Although I requested additional towels, none were delivered until the fifth day of our stay, forcing us to purchase our own.
The unit was also insufficiently stocked with...
"Not a beach front but located within walking distance to the beach. No beach towels provided. There are rental umbrellas and chair’s available at the beach. Our credit card payment was accommodated but they ask for cash. We were able to stay in our room later than the regular check out for a nominal payment. "
