She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though. Hoi an is the place to be for english speaking tourists. "

"Unfortunately a bad experience, housekeeping dumped items not left as trash, left a hand towel instead of bath towel, switched electricity off to fridge, this risked problem for my medication being stored there. Leak on bathroom left water constantly over floor, unannounced lock smith had access to my room at inappropriate time, dog on ground floor constantly attacking people coming in reception area. Noisy residents. "
