"The star of the lovely cottage is the scenery. After a drive down a long winding lane we were transported two hundred years into the past. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, sheep in small pastures with a river and waterfalls through it all. The cottage is simple and lovely. Jonathan, the host, Is one of the nicest people we've met, charming, funny and kind. The stay at the lovely cottage was the heart of our journey in Ireland. "

"We stayed in several places on our trip to Ireland, and this was, hands-down, everyone's favorite! Peter met us in-person for check-in, and the house was immaculately clean (I notice every detail). We also got a bottle of wine and delicious chocolates, which were a wonderful surprise. The country setting is gorgeous, with beautiful views of the hills and a stream that borders the property. Opening the windows to hear the sound of rushing water was one of my favorite things! Beds were comfortable...
