"This charming historic hotel provided my husband and I a wonderful visit to Lewisburg WV. The hotel staff were very accommodating and our room was so pretty and clean. The bedding was so luxurious. We enjoyed the short walk to the shops and restaurants. I took advantage of the yoga studio that was .3 miles away. We will be back "

The primary bed downstairs is sooooooo comfortable! Didn’t want to get up in the morning, haha. We cooked some yummy breakfasts and the kitchen had everything we needed. You will not regret...

"We loved our stay at the cottage! The layout, the two living areas and the well appointed kitchen made our 4 night stay very comfortable... the tea and coffee bar and the towel warmer!! All the beds were super comfortable too. We especially enjoyed the back of the property with the "swing house", axe throwing, and big fire pit!We would definitely love to stay again! "

However, I do have a few comments:After a week…I felt there should be a ground floor bedroom outside of the bathroom (where the grill is located) for handicapped or older guests who do not wish to go up and down the stairs.
