"Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Täglich wurde geputzt und es gab neue Handtücher.
Zimmer war sehr sporadisch aber ausreichend eingerichtet. Allerdings war das Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Lage zum Stand war super."
"The property was in truly remarkable condition. It had everything we needed, and it was clear that whoever set it up had thought of even the smallest details. At first, I was a little disappointed to learn that it was in the basement, since the listing I’d seen showed a terrace. But in the end, it didn’t matter. The basement had windows, and everything was so beautifully prepared that I forgot about it almost immediately"
"Nice clean and tidy room. Little balcony didn’t lookout on anything but an extra space. A/c worked great and was very quiet. Great location airport 25 mins on public transport. Plenty of bars within a short walking distance. Felt like a very safe area. 20 mins walk to old town."
"Perfect location to get to everything central and metro is a 10 min walk, but lovely route with cute shops. Room was very small, but we didn't spend much time in it. Very comfortable bed and AC. Quiet. Great breakfast.
My only suggestion is to update and improve the check in signs to avoid confusion. You can in fact self check in directly at the hotel (you just need the code, which they send in advance). The breakfast time is above the check in kiosk, can easily miss it.
You do have to figure...
"The Room looks clean but there are few small cockroaches around.
The Lady from the Reception was nice including the other 2 Gentlemen during late night hours.
The Air Conditioning did not worked the first night but it worked the rest of the our two nights stay.
Estacion Del Nord is under construction right now but it is still operating.
It is very convenient from NWT Central Station València Hotel because it is across the street and 6 mins walk to get there.
There are a lot of Restaurants...
"La posizione del Residence Unicorn è strategica per vicinanza a stazione Metro di Patraix e fermate autobus (circa 10 minuti a piedi). La zona è ben servita da supermarket e fruttivendoli. La struttura è seminuova, i materassi sono comodi, la stanza e il bagno sono spaziosi. La colazione è spartana (pane, burro e marmellata, latte/thè/succo, e colazione salata.
Il personale della reception è gentile e disponibile."
"The smell in the room and bathroom is unbearable. The drainage and poor ventilation smell of mold. Also is very far away from any sightseeing amenities as a tourist. However staff were nice and self-check in was made easy. Not recommending."
