"En general la ubicación excelente y el departamento bastante cómodo, pero no es un aparhotel, es un arriendo de departamento, por lo que no hay limpieza diaria, desayuno ni cambio de toallas y cosas similares que uno esperaria en hoteles. Por lo que deben dejar eso bien claro como página de búsqueda."

"Alright stay, pool is nice, but there is literally no service, no one to ask about anything. We thought it was a hotel, but must have missed something in the fine print; even the staff in the cafe below refer to it as an AirBnb. The music (and other noise) from the cafe travels to the rooms, because there is seemingly no insulation in the room doors. There is no toilet brush even though they don’t clean the rooms, and we found a pair of (some one else’s) underwear beneath the bed…you apparently...

"The view was great. However, the apartment itself was not upkept. The floors were dirty, the pillow case had blood, makeup on them. From what it seems is they make you make the apartment as you arrived but they don't change the bedding, clean etc. The iron was burnt which burnt my shirt. We received a hand towel and two throw blankets which for "towels." The building itself was a good location for what we needed and as mentioned the view was nice. "

"Unacceptable property. The owner changed the property at the last minute twice!! The final apt the owner offered me was very very dirty! I did not stay not even one night brcause it was disgusting. I had to go out and find a hotel to stay because the apt was disgusting and the owner did not care at all. I demand a full refund! I told tte owner and send pictures of the dirty apt. She did not care at all and stopped answering my messags. She lied and robbed me!! "

"Pros - Location, comfort, communication. GREAT shower with plenty of hot water. Fantastic patio.Cons - Could not figure out how to operate oven without instructions. Only 1 towel for a four night stay. A second blanket for each bed would be nice. Overall great experience."

"We had a great stay This apartment is well located and perfect for 2 couples. It has 2 identical bedrooms each with a bathroom and walk in showers. The kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. The host was also very responsive and communicated well. Check in and out was very easy. The building itself is very nice and walking distance to many restaurants, shops,etc. The only issue was towels. No bath mat and the tile is slippery when wet. Fortunately we were able to borrow towels...
