"The apartment is very conveniently located. The room is clean and air conditioning works very well. The host is extremely helpful. The breakfast is excellent and tasty. However, the toilet is very close to the shower, making it a bit difficult to get in and out of the shower."

"The photos are not what they rooms are. It is really a rundown place, where the "cottage" is ugly and poorly maintained. The way to reach the "cottages" are poorly kept. One needs a 4x4 to drive around the property. The Superior Cottage was like a shack, narrow, not properly finished, a disgrace. We were offered another one and shown the photos, which in no way reflected, once again, what we then saw. Old, narrow rooms with a strong odor of not well kept place. It is a disgrace to have this...
"Nice and clean room. Very helpful Francesca had some great travel tips (good restaurants, nice places to visit). The hotel is a bit far away from the train station in a not that interesting area, but you could walk to the ferries to Cinque Terre and there was a bus stop close by where you could catch a bus to Leriche or the train station in La Spezia. "
"La première chose à savoir sur cet hébergement c’est qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel. C’est une maison individuelle, dans un quartier résidentiel et l’hébergement n’est pas accessible en voiture et il n’y a pas de possibilité de parking sur place. On est obligé de se garer dans une des rues adjacentes (parking gratuit) et de porter ses bagages jusqu’à la chambre.
L’hébergement en lui même était propre et en bon état. "
