"Upon arrival to this property we had to wait for an extended amount of time because the person at front desk could not find the reservation and had to call the manager several times. The room we were given, the ac wasn’t cooling well and the ceiling fan was broken. The bathroom was in terrible condition, rust all over the toilette and bath tub. The bed was rock hard as well. We asked for another room because of how the bathroom was looking but instead we were show much smaller rooms than the one...

"I stayed here before on my own and wanted to do it again with the whole family but this second experience was awful. We paid a lot for a so-called 'luxurious executive suite' that didn't turn out to have any luxury apart from spacious rooms. General cleanliness of rooms and floors was an issue. But it got worse when a manager decided to have an argument with us over an old bed sheet with washable marker stains made by the kids (which got out after we dipped the sheet in plain water!). "This was my 4th stay at what I call my home while in Ghana. I always feel at home here and have never had any issues. I got stuck there an extra 2 weeks then I originally plan because of COVID and the owner and workers made sure we were comfortable and secure.
