"Great place to stay to visit Harmandir Sahib Golden Temple. It's right in the center of the action of Heritage Street right near the Maharaja Ranjit Singh statue and Jallianwalla Bagh Park. The soundproofing is excellent to get a good night's sleep, because Heritage St is extremely busy all day and almost all night. "Dirty washrooms and linens. No hot water. Need multiple calls to get any service "

"Stay was average. But we had to ask the staff for few things which should already be there before we entered. Like shampoo, toilet roll, extra towel. There were no hand towels, no hair dryer, no conditioner, no lotion and for shampoo they got us clinic plus shampoo pouches. Overall stay was quiet, clean room, availability of hot water, mineral water. "

"Property is good to roam around but a BIG NOO if any one wants to stay there. They leave guests on their own during the night. There was a continuous stomping sound at the roof of my room so I started calling them around 10.30 BUT no one answered the calls. I kept calling them and finally the call was answered at 9.30am. moreover, they do have DAWAKHANA(medicine store) and FIRST AID sites to show but DO NOT have basic medicines like PARACETAMOL. "The hotel was fine and well equipped but cold. The restaurant was cold too so we only ate there once. Once we asked we were given a fan heater and the staff were helpful and friendly.Overall the location of the hotel isn’t great, it’s between a very busy main road and the railway sidings so there was a constant noise of trains moving and hooting all night. The room and bed were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Nothing really wrong except the location "
