"Best location near Blok M area. Minimarkets, cafés, food stall, viral food, mall, etc all around. Not far from MRT Blok M and bus stops. Easy to go anywhere, not that far from Gambir Station and SCBD. Love the vibes there, staffs are helpful. Room was clean and cozy, but the spring bed was a bit hard. All fine!"

"The check-in process was efficient, but the room itself was outdated, poorly maintained, and very basic. Another issue was the Ancol entrance fee: obtaining it from the hotel was unnecessarily cumbersome, as it required guests to call well in advance rather than handling it on-site. In my view, these tickets should be available for purchase directly through Expedia at the time of booking."

They showed me the smoking room and the room was unhealthy, the bed has alot yellowish spot, the bathroom looks an old bathroom. I was very dissapointed and tired. Now, I am waiting from Hotel.com. of my cancellatiion at Puri Jaya Hotel. "
