"Room was small, window let in natural light but no view. Sliding door to the bathroom took considerable effort to open/close, and when in the open position it completely closed off access to the refrigerator & tea/coffee making facilities. Sliding door into the shower barred access to the toilet when in the open position, an interesting way to save space. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful. The adjacent BFF Restaurant opens late, so it did not provide a good option for us for breakfast."

"Hotel is conveniently located. Many eateries nearby and next to it is a big supermarket. Room is clean but minimalist... no mini fridge and tv channels very limited. The water heater was not working but we didn't bother as we're only staying for 1 night. Overall, for the price of below Rm200, the room is ok"

"Initially I got a small and hot room which the aircon is not strong enough to cool it. The hotel immediately offer me another better room. The staff is professional and helpful. Overall, I have enjoyed the room and services during my stay there."

"First room we were given the beds were unmade and there was still trash in the garbage bin. The bathroom had cockroaches in it and it wasn't given a clean vibe at all. We were then given a different room. However this room was having mold on the walls, as well as a smell of mold. We then left the hotel cancelling our stay, and the manager said if wishing for a refund go through Expedia through which I did, however management decided not to refund the situation and time we had wasted, and instead...

"Debbie was so warm and welcoming! Room is clean and contains all the needed amenities; perhaps add transparency cover to the upstairs bathroom in the family room. Nasi Lemak and food spread at breakfast were really good as well! Overall, thoroughly impressed and would patron this hotel again if u visit Ipoh!"
