"Not the best hotel I’ve stayed at but you get what you pay for. The room is tired and there were obvious signs of mould on the roof of the room and there were blood stains on the sheets. property isn’t in the best location but all the tourist spots are only a grab ride away. Staff were lovely and helpful. Overall, due to the terrible condition of the property I wouldn’t recommend you stay there. "

The two hotels were very close, and I was a little skeptical since it is located right in the heart of the city. "There was poor internet access and not able to watch any tv shows for almost a week!!! At outdoor kitchen were infested with lot of ants.And those dishes were not even cleaned and stored away. Bathroom dirty towels were even reused in bathroom cabinet without changing for fresh cleaned towels. Also at nights, there were loud noises including loud music and conversations right next to our cabin. Very distrurbing noises thru the nights..will never use this resort ever again.."

"Had a little staycation in Ubud since I sadly got sick after travel, and really enjoyed my stay here! I wasn't able to book a massage for the day we arrived so recommend booking as early as possible. Besides, the location is great so there are tons of spas, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. Staff is friendly, breakfast options were good, and bed was very comfortable. A/C in room and nice shower and bath tub. Recommend!"
