"The hotel was a beautful place to stay But the rudness of the older gentleman was to much telling us where to park our car or or always watching what you do makes you uncomfortable. The wooden fire should be more clear as you use the wood for the fire only to find out your being charged which is no where to be found on paper or online. So felt a little like a scheme for money at the end which ruined the trip a little. We stayed when the weather dropped so we had to use the fire and asking...

"Very nice hotel, but has no accessibility for elderly or physically disabled citizens. The room was very nice, although it had no heat source other than the fireplace that didn’t do much other than ambiance. Great location, close to town, nice and friendly staff."

"A equipe gentil, o quarto estava muito bom, exceto o banheiro. O banheiro o chuveiro não estava funcionando adequadamente e problema só foi resolvido no último dia de viagem. Uma pena pq o lugar é maravilhoso."

"O Hotel é muito agradável com uma área verde muito bonita. Os quartos confortáveis e limpos. Cama boa, precisando apenas melhorar os travesseiros. Café da manhã bom com bastante variedade. A localização fica próxima ao centrinho de Monte Verde aproximadamente 1 km e 200 metros, mas com acesso por uns 200 metros de rua de terra que não atrapalha a chegada e saída. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos."
