"Very nice apartment with parking, comfortable bed and pillows, clean well kept with a kitchen, the owners are amazing people. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Korcula, there was some minor confusion with Expedia as the listing states a buffet breakfast is included but there is no breakfast or restaurant on the property. There are many restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance that were very reasonable!"

"Great location and fabulous view. A bit dated, the bed is a bit worn and a bit short if you are over 5’7”. There is a fridge in the hallway for guests to share. Terra Solis gave us a 10%discount on meals and we had two successful dinners while watching the sunset. The market and ebike rental were great and the fabulous swimming area at the end of the street was enjoyed every day. "My husband and I really enjoyed our time here. We wanted some much needed rest and we really got what we were looking for. The vieuw was amazing 😍 long walks, beaches and good food nearby. The owners really are sweethearts. Very helpful with whatever we needed. They really took good care of us especially because i had just found out that I'm pregnant and the day of arrival i was very sick. It really felt like family away from home. We are definitely comming back! "

"This was a nice option if you are looking for a more budget-friendly hotel. Certainly not fancy but decent for the price and good for families with young kids (there is a playground in front of the hotel that even has a small enclosed trampoline park for a small fee). It is more dated for sure than the other places we stayed on our trip, the breakfast was decent but not over the top and we didn't eat any other meals on site. We didn't make it to any since our stay was short, but there are a lot of wineries nearby including some within reasonable walking distance. We liked the location, there are some nice spots and a lovely beach bar that seemed to be a place a lot of locals go. If you wanted to spend most of your time in Korcula Old Town you have to take a taxi or water taxi you may want to opt to stay closer (we couldn't get firm information about that from the hotel and ended up missing it because we didn't know when it stopped running). It's a great location for wineries which we originally planned to visit. We also spent a day at Pupnaska Luka beach which was incredible (but across the island) so we didn't want to stay right in Old Town (we went for sunset/dinner at Old Town once the heat died down a little)."

"The place was in a perfect location to the ferries, restaurants, swimming, and shopping. The host and staff are very gracious and helpful. The Bed was comfortable and spacious , and the shower was very warm and larger than you would expect for a European rental. We stayed on the third floor with no problem, but if you have trouble climbing stairs, I would request a lower unit because there are 42 steps to get inside."
