"Breakfast was ready on time at 6:00 a.m. everyday. Shuttle was available 24/7. The restaurant, Sharps, was fantastic. The gym could use a little bit of work. There's no space really to lift any weights and one 15 lb weight was missing. Front desk was friendly and always available. Because the hotel shares a parking lot with a restaurant parking can be a little difficult. "

"Staff was helpful, room was clean upon appearance, but my mom and I were both bit by bedbugs on 3/29/26. We stayed in room 408 and didn’t notice bites until we had checked out and left. Unfortunate this is the first time this has ever happened to us, and we have been staying at this property for over 25 years, even before it was a casino. "

The only issue was that the pool was absolute chaos and no towels available but to be fair the hotel was packed and staff were running hard trying to keep up. Would definitely stay there again."
