"Very strange "stay." Hotel was closed when we first arrived (which we knew was possible given the website lists limited front desk hours), and when we went back later, it still was not open, but there was a sign in French asking us to call a number. After calling the number to inform the hotel we had arrived for our reservation, we were not brought to a front desk, but were asked to go to the parking lot to retrieve our key from some guy and pay for the room.
