"We loved our stay in room 5 at The Tables! The service was excellent and very attentive. Stuart and Janet are wonderful hosts. The baked goods and coffee/tea at the front desk made our stay even better. Janet makes some delicious goodies. I had millionaire shortbread a couple of times a day and my husband had other cookies and sweets. The breakfast was made to order and there were enoigh choices for everyone. We walked to delicious restaurants nearby. This was a wonderful place to spend 2 nights...

"Staying at Gleann an Ronnaich proved one of then highlights of my extended time in Scotland. The extra special touches made such a difference - a face-washer and shaving cream in the bathroom, very comfortable room & lounge area topped off by exquisitely crafted and cooked hot breakfast. Nothing seemed too much for the hosts, and close to town (Portree) too. Highly recommended!"

"Overall, a great lodging in the heart of a quaint community. It was just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and a grocery. (BTW, if you arrive late, like we did shortly after 8, either quickly make to a restaurant–most close their kitchens by 8:30–or do what we did, go down the street toward the grocery near the water's edge and pick up things you can cook). "The hotel is a bit older and along the water, so has the wear and tear you would expect; however, the front desk guy (Chris I believe) was amazing and helpful. Rooms were very clean and couldn't beat the location and view. "
