"Started with bad communication, hard to find, dirty, cold, no electricity, battery ran out, feces and urine spewing from toilet, no showers, uncomfortable bed, etc…tired to leave on the dinghy left for me and filled with 4” water. Dangerous and unhealthy!!! Wanted to charge me $50 for water taxi???"

"This house is right across the street from the beach (15 steps) and is on a quiet part of town. The only issue we had was that it was originally advertised as a 1 BR for $120 a night, when we received our email confirmation, it was 2 BR's for $250 a night. The location is great, the house is a perfect little beach cottage! The representation for what is advertised is disappointing because its more of a beach cottage NOT a room. "

"The property was great,inside and outside, house very clear and a lot of sun lights. Has everything you need. Beach equipment was a plus.Very close to the beach, just 2 short blocks. Area is super nice, quite, relaxing, safe. No night entertainment, almost everything close early. My fly and i had an incredible time. Beach is beautiful, clear water, white sand. Green turtle store has a huge amount of souvenirs.I felt in love with Ana Maria Island."

"Everything just fine-the breakfast and gym are not good but access to hyatt outdoor pool a big plus. but not having access to the hyatt gym is huge drawback.. Although breakfast is not tasty and coffee better to make in your room.. the cookies at desk, you can prchase, are out of this world"

"I had a business meeting in Bradenton area, and was able to booked the condo at last minute for my trip. The house is beautiful, one and half block from the beach, and half block from the coast. The balcony, settings, decoration, appliances, are beautiful, and up to date. A lot of very clean towels, we left everything as cleaned as received when we left, and treated the house like our own homes. Highly recommended for serious people, this is a very well maintained property, worth the money...
