The bathroom was spotless, a very nice size, shower with both oversized and handheld shower heads. Climate control was great: so quiet you could not hear the AC was on! Rooms are quiet and matress so comfortble that I overslept and missed breakfast! However, they insisted on offering me some coffee or juice. Very nice staff. Free parking on premises. "The location is superb, quiet, friendly and yet very close to the beauty of the historic town. The staff was super kind, friendly and attentive at all times. Breakfast was very good. Our room was super comfortable and super clean. Kudos to all staff but in particular to Lucio who ran the extra mile in making our stay unforgettable. Definitely a repeat on our next trip to Siena.
