Fui na recepção pedir se poderia trocar de quarto pelo fato de ter claustrofobia, eles queriam me cobrar mais 250.00 por diária pra trocar, questionei e eles informaram que como eu fiz a compra pelo hotéis.com eu tinha que pagar esse valor pra mudar de quarto, EU achei um absurdo "
