"Needed a place to stay and this place was absolutely perfect for a respite from a long drive!"

"Rude and unfriendly staff in the morning of check-out. Poor and low quality room that was due for renovation for a long time ago. Very expensive taking into consideration the standard and condition of the room"

"Great welcome, comfertable room and bed, tempered indoor pool and steam room. Very relaxing after a long drive"

"A nice, friendly, family run hotel. Great location near the Garonne, and perfect as one of the stops on our cycling trip."

"The only thing we noticed is that there is no elevator to the upper floor so getting our luggage up there was some work. We were on bikes and they had a very secure place to store them which was great!!"

"Hotel manager was exceptionally helpful, kind and hospitable. We trully enjouyed our time in Melchior and with Mr. Manager"

"The food was equisite"

"The pool was a delight, the beds very comfortable, the Aircon worked, and the restaurant excellent. The town is interesting too - we had a great stay!"

"Clean and comfortable stay for overnight accommodation, staff were pleasant."

"We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Domaine Jean-Got. The hosts were very friendly, spoke good English, and the check-in smooth. The domaine is close to the river and the small town of Branne, well located to get to Saint Emilion and a few other nice villages. Most of all though we just enjoyed relaxing on site on the terrace and pool. We also loved the miniature donkeys! Just so you know when booking, the jacuzzi and sauna are not included and cost an extra €75 per session."
