"The hotel is a very amateur business. Despite the well-intentioned staff, the quality of the hotel's materials is very poor. We had to stay in a room with a non-working air conditioner and a non-working hair dryer. Since the air conditioner was not working, we opened the window and the blacksmiths were cutting iron in the hotel. The breakfast and restaurant staff were very good. But the hotel business was very weak and of poor quality."
