I had no help from the call center, nor by email, phone or chat. The reception desk was always closed. The swimming pool was closed also, the water was cold and and the heat system seemed broken long time ago. I'll never come back here. Very poor attention to customers. "

We had a room in a separate building opposite reception, comfortable, no frills room, great for overnight stay. Would definitely return if visiting Poitiers again "
