"Second day saw bedbug and killed it. Reported to front desk. No return call from manager, Yaw, at all. Spent money on laundry and will need to throw away all our luggage. Very disappointed and disgusting"

"Great experience only point I had to deduct for was elevator was out of order when checking out. Other than that. Great experience"

"Great experience"

"Came back to a an open hotel room door and my stuff being removed after leaving for a quick breakfast at 8:00am. It was 8:45 and when I explained we just went to breakfast they asked if I was gonna be staying long. Check out was 2 hours away and I had planned to make a few travel reservations calls then shower before check out. When I went to the front desk to explain they said don’t worry I was already checked out they would email me the bill and I said yes I know I am already checked out...

"This trip wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Lynn the General Manager of Hyatt Place Bloomington Normal. I reached out because I was younger than the required check in age and was having problems with my trip. Lynn quickly solved my issues and got back to me making sure I got a room and I had an incredible stay thereafter. Thanks again to the Hyatt Place Bloomington Normal, Lynn, and the whole team."

Cost was very reasonable, so I really can’t complain too much!"

"nothing in particular."

"Front desk staff was nice upon arrival. Visit was ok until I started Showering and saw bugs crawling in the light fixture. I nearly fell out the shower."

"I would like to say that the staff was really nice, however, our room was not clean at all. Our pillows and blood drippings and we had to bring it to their attention which made me question the cleanliness of everything else and made the stay uncomfortable. To spare sheets in the closet for the pullout couch were also very stale smelling and the pullout couch was not a mattress. Just a hard of rock pullout bed. That's as best as I can describe it. If we had stayed more than one night, I would...

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel and would stop there again if we pass through Jacksonville. The check-in was well handled."
