"You do get what you pay for and by all means this is not a 5 star luxury hotel. However, I have to say that I have zero complaints! - lovely staff - clean bed - kettle with coffee and tea provided - beautiful sea views (shower I faced the car park which didn’t bother me) You can hear noise from other rooms, however again this wasn’t an issue for me. If you do have this problem, I’m sure the staff will be happy to help. Thank you Carlton."

"Couldn't understand why we had to pay extra £50 ..Will get back after stay.first night really good.2nd day left door tag for room to be cleaned,it wasn't,only to be told we hadn't put out room to be cleaned,which we had when we left at 8.30..most disappointed as our my birthday and wedding anniversary. Bed not made.no cleaned towels,cups or coffee tea etc refills.went to have drinks,twice it happend,had to go to reception for service as they were to busy talking. Limited stock in bar no...
