We never received the code we needed to access the property, so we waited a long time in front of the building. Finally, a man from the Lou Calen Hotel across the street came with another person who was trying to access the building. He told us that Hotel La Falaise and Lou Calen Hotel share the same reception. He took us over to the Lou Calen and checked us in. Also,...

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Geoffrey qui s’est montré très gentil, à l’écoute des besoins, et disponible.
