"The condition of the hotel and rooms were terrible, the pictures given in your website is too old. May be they have pictures taken when the facility was new and clean. I booked two rooms for Myself (including my infant son)old parents but when I went in to the room, it was such disappointment. "Santa Maria is a beautiful gem located right on the ocean. The owners are very kind, thoughtful, and accommodating of their guests. It is very conveniently located near the airport (15 minutes by taxi) and many other attractions Kerala has to offer. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some offering ocean views and balconies to enjoy the sunsets and watch the local fishermen haul in their catches of the day. Staff can cook meals upon request and serve lovely juice- highly recommend the cucumber, ginger, lime juice. We are very greatful to the owners for our stay there and would gladly stay again. "

Disappointing Abad!

"Below expectations! Disappointing. Renu down property. The cottages were not very well kept. Lot of wear and tear - broken cloth hangers, broken kettle, leaking wash basin etc. silver lining - the ala carte meals were tasty though not much selection in the menu. Buffet was bad! Quite inside from the main area. So no choice except to manage within the property only. However, transport desk efficient. Cabs reasonable. Didn’t take pics. "
