"NIce hotel with free overnight on-street parking outside, which starts charging at 9am - if you get a £1 parking disk from local stores you can use to set an arrival time for the next morning which will give you til 11am and can be used widely across Northumberland. The stairs are tight, so if you have heavy luggage you may struggle. Breakfast was great and made getting up for the 10am check out worthwhile."

There is also a lovely garden you can use and enjoy. Staff were very relaxed, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was faultless, generous servings, everything on the menu you could want, hot and beautifully cooked. I had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs with a choice of toast. "Booked 2 Rooms & when we arrived the Host said she wasn't letting out Rooms anymore so we were stuck at 7.30pm with nowhere to stay. Having trouble getting a Refund from you. Definitely wouldn't recommend."
