"On checking in, I was told that they would not accept my Passport as ID and I needed to produce Indian ID document and proof of address. Room was not ready on arrival either. There was no heating in the room and the weather was cold so I requested a heater and was told that this would incur a charge. Breakfast was not served on time and the food selection was very limited. There was quite a bit of waiting for the food and hot drinks to served for the buffet breakfast. "

"It's a great property with a great view, the food is expensive so I would recommend to opt for a Half Board meal plan. The food is tasy and staff is polite, helpful and hardworking. The Ropeway to McLeodganj is about 10km away only. It's a quiet property with great rooms. If you go for balcony make sure avoid ground floor as balcony is better if not on the ground floor. "

"I had the pleasure of spending two months at Greenwoods Inn, and I cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. The manager, Ragish, was outstanding—super patient, considerate, and incredibly professional. He made sure that everything I needed was taken care of with a kind and thoughtful approach. The receptionist, Messo, was equally amazing, always greeting me with a smile and ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. And...
