"The bartender lady in the hotel bar was professional, kind, attentive. The hotel itself is very tired but clean. It feels like it was opened in the eighties and kept clean but not refurbished. It is an interesting experience: a time-travel feeling. The wellness facilities are great though."

"Under all kritik – undvik detta "hotell" Vår vistelse på detta hotell var tyvärr en riktig besvikelse. Rummet var smutsigt, med lakan som hade stora hål, ett trasigt handfat och en dusch täckt av mögel och rost. "This is a very quaint and beautiful hotel. The person at reception was very friendly and helpful. We stayed next door to the main building. Our unit was cozy, clean and quiet with beautiful decor. Food and staff at the restaurant were exceptional. Breakfast buffet outstanding. Hotel situated in the heart of the wine valley yet not far from the city center. We were able to hop on the little tourist train across the street to the hotel to get to the main sights in town.We wish we had more time here."
