"Brand new appartment, large and comfortable, nicely furnished. Very clean. Comfortable bed with high quality bedding. Kitchen equiped with good amount of dishes, dinnerware and glassware sets. Large bathroom with corner shower, had also washing mashine which was very handy. Had balcony with a nice view of the creek. Location is great, walking distance to grocery stores, spas, Aquapark, restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much. While breakfast was included with the stay, I do not recommend it....

"THE WORST PLACE EVER IN MY LIFE! In the morning I noticed that I got bitten by a bug. But I never knew what it was. I went back to my home and for few weeks I found my skin is so itchy, and I found the bed bugs. This ruined my weeks and it cost a lot to call the expert to disinfect everything at my house. I am 100 percent sure that it came from here because I have never exprienced this before. JUST DONT GO THERE."

"Instructions on arrival landed very late, so we had driven to apartment only to find you cannot get the key at the actual apartments. We had to travel to a different hotel to get checked in and pay the local taxes. The end room safe has no explanation or instructions and locked our passports away on the first day so we had to get somebody out to release the safe and never used it again. "Nagenoeg iedere week overnacht ik in hotels en over het algemeen ben ik positief, maar dit hotel was uitzonderlijk teleurstellend, slechte service tegen een belachelijk hoge prijs, 138,- euro per nacht inclusief ontbijt. Waarschijnlijk omdat er nauwelijks gasten waren was de service bizar slecht, het zal hopelijk beter zijn op drukke dagen. "Very clean accommodation and had everything we needed while staying there. Plenty of wardrobe space, the bed was very comfortable and the shower amazing! Hosts were lovely and quickly responded to any questions, and always helpful. We used their service to pick us up from the airport and back again, which was extremely handy. It was great to stay right next to one of the slopes (Lúčky Jasná) and there is a free ski shuttle bus which runs regularly throughout the day to take you to all...
