It was a surprisingly great treat! I would have given a 5 star. However, it was a hardship to access the hotel due to the ongoing construction at the front. The road was closed and we had to walk a bit from the taxi to the hotel. The hotel sent a message about the construction while we were on our way...

"A spacious room in a small but well-equipped hotel. An easy walk from the beach and very close to the bus route to the airport."

"Lovely hotel, we have stayed in 6 or 7 different hotels in Larnaca this was one of the best. Clean, big rooms, breakfast was superb (apart from Saturday morning) friendly staff. Don’t overpay for places like Lebay which claims to be 4 star. Highly recommended. "

"We had a lovely stay here just troubles with Expedia and host miscommunication, for some reason it never notified the property that we had a booking but that's more on the platform issues. Would recommend IF you have a car as hard to get around without it. Overall beautiful village and stay with a great price. Just make sure the property contacts you more then 24hrs before to be sure. They are lovely people."
