" Large five story seafront hotel with probably seven acres of surrounding property. Beach was largely pebble with tiki shade/lounges and towel areas perhaps extending to 300 feet along the coast. Several areas designed for children seemed to be well maintained. The entire hotel has apparently been recently upgraded with new paint/tiling/balcony fixtures/etc. Room was average size with comfortable king bed and simple furniture from the 21st century. Breakfast was nice with numerous choices....

"The location of the hotel is great. It is close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The biggest problem however, was that the hotel was poorly staffed. One person was expected to cook, serve, make coffees for all the guests. By the time a coffee was ready the meal was finished. This wasn't the fault of the employee but rather of how they managed their personnel. We had to ask for amenities such as soap, towels, an iron on a regular basis. "Excellent hotel. Room are great and very close to beach. It’s good to reserve beach chairs the day before to ensure you can get them as the beach is busy. Staff are helpful and hardworking. The pool is also nice to spend time at. The hotel restaurant makes good food and the breakfast buffet is very good. Would definitely book again."
