For a hotel carrying the name Freddie Mercury, the minimum expected would be basic cleanliness and maintenance, but unfortunately that was not the case. When I entered the room, I immediately noticed several black hairs on the bed sheets, and there were also hairs on one of the pillows. This is absolutely unacceptable for a room that is supposed to be prepared for new guests. It gives the clear impression that the bedding was not properly cleaned or changed. In addition, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, which is a very basic thing that any hotel should check before a guest arrives. The floor next to the bed headboard was dirty, and the headboard itself was detached from the bed and simply leaning against the wall, showing a clear lack of maintenance. To make matters worse, the TV remote control did not work. Overall, there were far too many basic problems for a one-night stay. Serious issues with cleanliness and organization that make the experience far below what should be acceptable. This place clearly needs significant improvement."
