"everything was horrible. especially our last day. Only nice thing was the pool and breakfast. Everything else was god awful. We have advised the hotel to reimburse our last night due to the maltreatment from their staff."

Highlights are the killer views of the valley & of Wartburg perched on the opposing hill from the cafe, and the wonderful breakfast that comes with the booking. It was an excellent spread. Well done. Essen gut, aber der Wirt interessiert sich nicht für Behinderte, welche rechte ich mit Assistenzhunden habe, es kommt zu Schimpfereien beim Abschied. Das muss nicht sein. Die Gepäckhilfe trotz Nachtanreise war gut. keine Rollstuhlfähigen Zimmer gemäss EU Norm."
