"Upon coming off the boat from Maldives the hotel driver was waiting for us, helped us with our luggage, when we had arrived 10 minutes later it started to rain, we were greeted by two others that gave us a umbrella each and handled our luggage to reception, easy check in & everything was explained about breakfast bar etc, all of the room was explained fully, we had a lovely room with great views, dinner was very good and reasonable & the view was of the bay & the airport, easy checkout. "We needed to spend a night in Male for an early flight and this hotel (difficult to find) was just 5 minutes to the airport ferry station which operates from 05:30am. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and gave us a basic packed breakfast due to our early departure. Male itself is not an interesting place "

"Rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, however, I booked a superior room and got an interior room with views to a 1spm patio with all aircon engines. When asked for a change, they told me it was not available. Breakfast was basic but nice and tasty, as well as dinners. On check out I was asked by a gentleman to pay for the room and meals, yet everything was already paid for.. I did not mind, yet I found it very unprofessional. Sundbeds at 'bikini beach' are def a plus."
