"The peopeety is new So the rooms are very clean However, there are some basic rhings they need to make sure they prepare. Rooms have no floor rugs, Do not Disturb signs and the shower curtains in.the bathroom are too short, which makes the bathroom wet. Tje building needs to jave exit signs installed for safety. Overall i was happy with the place. There was no noise and the staff were vwey pleasant"

"Upon arrival, room was prepped with one towel although the reservation was for two individuals. The towel was dirty and stained. Lighting was pretty rough, and did not make the room comfortable to relax in. Hotel porter was asked to call us a cab, for two people. A single motorbike arrived, and we needed to wait quite some time for a second bike. We told the hotel porter and our bikers we wanted to go to Longonot, however they decided to take us to Hells Gate. Along the way, the bikers...

I didn't know that the restaurant closed at 8. I arrived just after 8 and the chef insisted on making me. Dinner. Room was small, cosy and comfortable. Perfect for one person Food is really good. I can recommend this hotel 100%"

"Malgré l'accueil et la grande gentillesse du personnel, il y a 2 fausses notes : J'avais téléphoné 5 fois depuis Paris pour réserver un jeep pour faire un safari le lendemain. On a pas pris en considération ma demande J ai été obligée de rester jusqu'à minuit à la réception pour trouver une jeep. Et le lendemain matin, ce n'était pas une jeep qui est arrivée , mais un van ! Ensuite, la réception ne répond jamais au téléphone quand on appelle d une chambre Il faut se déplacer...
