"Dirty bed sheets with literal dry blood on them, shower was leaking and had so much hard water residue it looked like it wasn’t cleaned for months. Oh and as a bonus I was charged for my stay from Hotels.com and the property too so my $150/night stay is now over $300."

"The room wasn't ready for us when we arrived and we were not informed. We had unloaded our things into the room when housekeeping came by to put sheets on the bed; we opted to put them on ourselves, but the sheets that were handed to us were stained. The mirrors behind the headboard were uncomfortable, and it was clear that at one point there were two but one was missing which... Honestly, if both were gone we wouldn't have missed them. The window seat was super nice, though the view was... A parking lot mostly, but the sunset was gorgeous so I can't complain. The shower was... Interesting, shooting water in some directions that weren't necessarily at me."
