"The property is an adapted farmhouse set in Fields fronted by a large pond with ducks, moorhens and other wildlife. It has easy access to marked walking paths. Our room was at the top of the building and one of the most expensive with a separate seating área off the bedroom. Breakfast was adéquate rather than special but we were there with no other guests. Décor is functional and comfortable. The B&B would be fine for short stays but might be a bit basic for longer holidays"

"very old property which made it interesting but inevitably this comes with limitations. Older buildings have smaller rooms for example. Overall it was a very pleasant place to stay, convenient for the Hay festival. Enough shops to enable a pleasant time strolling through the town."

"This was a cozy inn with a fantastic pub and helpful staff! However, there is nothing for miles around except beautiful nature walks so if you want more, bussing or a car is a must! "

Having breakfast is a special experience with cooked to order eggs and a stunning view from the table directly placed near a large window. Thanks a lot for your hospitality.
