"I'll start off by saying this: the staff are excellent. Points to consider: - the showers at this hotel do not work, in general. They have been turned off to prevent guests from scalding thrmselves. - check your bedding, don't be afraid to request fresh sheets and pillowcases if they are stained. - the Taste Buds restaurant is brand new and still working out the kinks. The veg restaurant is pretty good. - cab service can be tough to find, but tuktuks abound nearby. ."

"It is mentioned in Hotels.com that there is kids' area but it's not there. We booked a rio superior but looks like we got a rio studio only. The receptionist told she'll get back with an update when complained but it never happened. The service was very average and restaurant is very normal and rates are expensive for the food they give.
