"This hotel was a godsend for us in a city where we felt unsafe. This hotel had comfortable beds, good showers and toiletries and helpful staff. The food was great considering we didn’t want to go out on the unsafe streets of Nairobi. It’s a bit sad that the beautiful forests and animal habitats require passing through dangerous human city habitats, but that’s what’s needed to tick off that safari from your bucket list."

"My expectations were exceeded. Breakfast was included and it was a full-menu, delicious breakfast in comparison to the "continental" breakfast that i was expecting. The staff was absolutely amazing. I will recommend staying at this property. I will definitely stay again when i visit Niatobi in the future."

"Lovely and clean rustic place including room and common area. Love the detailing to the space, better ambience than in a hotel! We could easily park our car safely at the space outside near the garden within the house compound. Cosy and clean bedding, equipped with electric kettle, fridge and cooking place. Good WiFi, could shower comfortably in the bath. Highly recommended!"

" This place has no contact on their web and no clear sign showing where it is if it is there! My lyft driver and I when to the location on the map only to make circles. We even ask and nobody seem to know anything about it. We headed back to the airport where I spend the night sitting down."

"Beautiful huts and well maintained lodge. Lunch buffet cost 1500 shilling and was not worth that amount at all! (Same for the dinner buffet that was even more expenzive) If you have booked the night game drive and dont have a car, be aware that they might not have any car ready for taking you on the game drive. One star if you go there with no kids - its like a kindergarten, very very kids-noicy! 3 stars if you go there with kids, hende dont care about the noice."

"So booked this stay ion Orbitz and prepaid . When I checked in they said I owed them money. Showed them my receipt on orbitz gave me a hassle but said ok. When I checked out 3 days later said I owed money agsin. Showed her receipts for payment of the 3 nights. Refused to honor them even those I had proof of payment. Threatened to not let me leave until I paid. She made me talk to the people off the phone and I sent them proof emails. Still wanted me to pay agsin for 2 nights. Was a nightmare,...
