"A idéia é muito boa. Minhas observações são mais externas do que internas. As acomodações são boas. Deveria ser cobrado da administração do prédio um melhor cuidado com a limpeza. As partes de metal do elevador estão imundas e a entrada do edifício merece um cuidado melhor. Se não tem manutenção constante é melhor não ter enfeites, só junta poeira e não dá uma boa impressão. Quanto ao quarto é básico mas dependendo do que se pretende atende muito bem. "
