One small comment was when we asked the staff to help us find a tangerine farm experience, we reached there to find it was closed possibly since the season is over. "I had a positive experience with checking in and checking out. The location of the hotel is fairly good; it’s of working distance to the nearby market, and there were a good amount of restaurants and cafes that were of walking distance. Laundry was a bit confusing. I was never really sure if I was supposed to wash my clothes myself, or if it was a laundry service downstairs, but when I took the elevator down to the basement, the lights of the breakfast hall that connects you to the laundry room were all turned off. That was a bit creepy, and confusing."
