"Fijn verblijf in dit hotel. Grote kamer en uitgebreid ontbijt en mooi zwembad. Helaas waren er ook een paar minpunten waardoor het geen topverblijf was: - Het schoonmaken en onderhoud kan iets beter in de kamer. Jammer voor een bijna nieuw hotel. - Aan de tv heb je niets. Het leek eerst of je veel keuze had, maar uiteindelijk heb je 5 zenders. - Veel gerechten in het ontbijt waren lauw of koud bij ontbijt en diner. - Niet elke kamer had handdoeken. - ondanks dat je niet mocht roken, was er toch...

"Actually a very beautiful colonial hotel but poorly maintained rooms. Also the description of standard room is somewhat wrong - it said there was aircon which was false. The reception Werę so kind and ”upgraded” is to a similar room with air con."

"Services at restaurant, at rooms area are good, but the receptionist was not very helpful. I was asking her to connect me with Hotel.com local office of Indonesia but couldn't do it citing that they don't have communication with them. They event didn't try to find out the number for me. I asked them this after unsuccessful effort to get the number by myself. I will have a complaint on Hotel.com on my booking on this hotel. "
