"We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. "What a find ! The staff were friendly & helpful.the room was large, well equiped and spotless.(& warm) if we wanted to grumble the matress was too soft for us but really the breakfast chef deserves a gold medal.the dining room is lovely , buffet was great but the cooked breakfast was really wonderful.we'd been travelling for a month & had been subjected to some horrors so well done !
