"Great place to sleep between flights "

"The hotel was clean. Rooms were nice. Bathrooms were nice. Check-in was easy checkout was easy. Keep in mind that the shuttle runs every half hour and it is an airport hotel so if you need to be at the airport by a certain time, you want to make sure you come down early enough for the shuttle. Also, if you have an early morning flight and need to be at the airport by four or 415 that that is a busy time for the two hotels in that block and you may not get a shuttle unless you walk over to the other hotel we came down early enough to make sure we could get on the shuttle because we had an early morning flight and was told we needed to walk over to the other hotel. I have mobility issues so that was not an option we ended up just ordering an Uber.. "

"It was the worst hotel experience of my life. I had to switch rooms four times. The rooms were filthy. The pillows smelled of decay. The doors were coming apart. I checked out the next day. My plan was to stay for 5 days but this hotel is in such poor condition and understaffed. The receptionist was kind and understanding but mostly embarrassed. It’s a shame this establishment places their employees in such an embarrassment position. Don’t stay there! "

"Worst Hampton stay ever! Room had stains and smelled like pee. We went down for breakfast at 8am and they were out of almost everything including juice. After waiting 10 minutes to refill we went to Tim Hortons for breakfast. Stay away!"

"Room card did not work, one elevator did not go to our floor but kept opening when we called for elevator. Pool had no towels available. The staff was very friendly however. Room also had a weird smell, sort of like sewage which was off putting."
