"My room smell of mildew and I could not change rooms, since it was all sold out. I am not sure if it was from the washer/dryer but I had to open up the window and spray air fresher. I also did not know to get a full cleaning service which is changing bed linen, take out the trash, change towels it will cost you 1500 yen. That took me by surprise and it did not say that on their website."

"立地を含めて良かったです。 スタッフも親切でした"

"Floor in the room was not clean staff cited that guests have been wearing shoes in the room and have stained the floor. Unfortunately both of the coin laundry were in use so we were not able to use it. The bathroom also has some sticky drops on walls. Staff tried hard to be accommodating with the challenges we were facing"

"立地が最高でした"
