"The clerk was very nice but the room did not resemble the pics seen on Expedia-the carpet was extremely dirty and stained. Bedding and furniture appeared old. Ended up canceling the reservation immediately after seeing the inside."

"If there was another hotel nearby I would have checked out and gone there instead of staying in this hell hole. I've stayed in this hotel before and it was lovely, now it is dreadful. The reception had no knowledge of our booking upon arrival. The room we had booked was not ready so we ended up in a twin not a double as booked. There was a sports camp staying at the hotel so noisy children everywhere. The rooms are poorly maintained, no toiletries, no coffee, no hairdryer, not very clean and in...
