"Als wir einchecken wollten sollten wir sofort unsere 3 Übernachtungen und das Frühstück bezahlen wir waren es gewohnt immer am Ende zu bezahlen. Das Bad war sauber aber beim Zimmer der Fußboden war staubig so das meine Strümpfe dreckig waren. Der Fernseher lieferte nur 8 tschechische Sender und einen Nachrichtensender.Der Ansonsten freundliches Personal und die Motorräder durften wir umsonst in einem Durchgang parken.Im Hotel gibt es nur Frühstück kein Mittag oder Abendessen deswegen machten wir...

"5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "

"Lovely area for skiing, hiking, and biking. We really enjoyed this hidden resort area. Unfortunately, it was just a one night stop for us, on our drive across Poland. Only request would be to provide additional towels and larger in size for bathroom / showers as well as Kleenex tissue. Location in the mountain region is very serene and quiet. "5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!!
